Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Worship – 2016

Christmas Eve and Christmas Day Worship

COME, LET US WALK IN THE LIGHT OF THE LORD

Come and Behold Him

First United Methodist Church of Stillwater will be holding two Candlelight Christmas Eve Worship Services on Saturday, December 24th.

Both services will include lots of carols and scriptures that tell of the birth of Christ.

Musically, the 5:00 p.m. service will include organ and piano, our “pick up” instrumental ensemble, and a vocal duet.  Those who wish to join in the music, please arrive at 4:00 p.m. for rehearsal!!!

The 11:00 p.m. service will include organ and piano, our Rivertown Ringers, and our Chancel Choir.

Both Worship services will include the lighting of candles, spreading the light of Christ throughout the sanctuary.

On Christmas morning, December 25th, we will gather for Sunday worship at 10:30 a.m.  This festive service will include lots of congregational carols and some storytelling.  “Is Anyone Missing Jesus?”

Join us, at the corner of Greeley and Myrtle, to celebrate the birth of Christ.
