Our Chancel Choir, under the direction of Gaye Fisher, prepares weekly anthems and supports congregational singing to enhance our worship throughout the school year. They also prepare a seasonal cantata each year. The choir, which is open to high school youth and adults, rehearses on Wednesday evenings at 7:30 pm and prior to worship on Sunday mornings. New singers, occasional singers, and non-music readers welcome!

Open Circle is our contemporary worship group. Guitars, drums, bass, flute and vocals are featured in this group that provides music for services once a month. They rehearse on the second Wednesday at 7:30 pm and lead worship music on the second Sunday of the month. The group is also under the direction of Gaye Fisher and is open to youth and adults that have a desire to share their musical talents in a band-like atmosphere!

Children’s Music

Music is part of our Sunday School program and the children offer special music in worship periodically throughout the year. Times vary depending on the worship schedule. For information contact our Sunday School Superintendent, Patsy Bellman.

Special Music in the Summer

While our choirs are on break during the summer months, individuals and small groups share their musical gifts with the congregation. Flute, sax, piano, vocal solos, duets, or small ensembles – our congregation welcomes all the musical contributions of young and old to our worship.  For information contact our Music Director, Gaye Fisher.

Our church organist/pianist is Kathy Hartman. You will find her moving easily from piano to organ to lead our congregational singing and sharing prelude, postlude, and other service music. Opportunities are available for others to share their gifts at the piano or organ. For information contact our Organist, Kathy Hartman.

Contact information for our music leaders can be found on the Staff page.
