Our Pastor, Jenny Lind Larsen, was appointed to our church by the conference and began her ministry on June 26, 2022. She has brought a new vision, enthusiasm, and incredible talent on the cello to our church. We look forward to working with her as God blesses all of us in future years!
History
Located in Stillwater, “the birthplace of Minnesota”, our church’s history extends to the introduction of the Methodist faith in Minnesota. The FIRST UNITED Methodist Church of Stillwater traces its roots to two separate congregations in the nineteenth century.
Worship at FUMC
We are still live streaming every Sunday at 10:00 am on our Facebook Page. We are conducting in-person worship again in our sanctuary at 10:00 am, adhering to the COVID-19 recommendations of our Bishop and UMC Conference leaders. Click here for the link to our COVID-19 information.
